The challenge was translating that innovation into copy that matched its sophistication.
The campaign walked customers through what made the formula different, highlighted the shade range, and wove in celebrity partnerships and how-to tutorials to show the product in use. Follow-up emails later in the drip captured feedback and kept the conversation going post-purchase, all written in Armani's signature understated tone.
